To be eligible, applicants must be 18 or older, hold a certificate of sponsorship from a licensed UK sponsor, and show proof of financial stability, typically a minimum of £1,270 in savings. This visa does not apply to anyone who has been on a Religious Worker or Charity Worker visa in the previous year, except for those who spent the full year abroad. The certificate of sponsorship is a non-negotiable requirement, with the sponsoring organization being an officially recognized body in the UK. This visa category allows a stay for up to 24 months and includes certain permissions for study and secondary employment.

- Previous Visa Restrictions: Recent holders of a Religious Worker or Charity Worker visa are ineligible unless they have been residing outside the UK for the past year.
